Design & Engineering
In-house mechanical and electronics design, application engineering, and customisation for non-standard process conditions.
Arrowmech designs, manufactures, and calibrates precision flow measurement instruments for industries that can’t afford to guess. From municipal water networks to chemical plants, our meters and automation systems serve operators across India and 5+ countries.
Arrowmech was founded by a computer engineer with a clear-eyed view of an industry in transition. As factories, utilities, and process plants race toward automation and IoT, the flow instruments measuring their pipes had barely evolved in twenty years. Indian buyers were caught between two compromises — imported meters built for a different era, oversold against the application and impossible to recalibrate without freight delays, or local meters with no software story to speak of. Measurement and automation were becoming inseparable, and the gap kept widening.
Arrowmech was built around a simple thesis: precision flow measurement and the digital layer belong in the same stack, not stitched together after the fact. Every meter we ship is designed, manufactured, and calibrated under one roof in Surat — and built to connect, with IoT-ready outputs, a dedicated monitoring app, and dashboards your operators actually open. Reliability here isn’t a marketing word. It’s a calibration certificate, a serviceable part list, and a software layer that holds up over decades — not warranty cycles.

“A flow meter isn’t a product. It’s a 20-year decision.”
We don’t outsource what we’re best at. Every instrument that ships from Surat is designed, built, and calibrated in-house.

Production at our W/41 Udhna facility — from machined bodies to assembled instruments with full traceability per unit.
Wet-flow calibration rig traceable to national standards. Every flow meter ships with a calibration certificate.
Commissioning support, on-site service, and annual maintenance contracts across India and at export sites.
Every flow meter that leaves Surat is wet-flow calibrated on a closed-loop rig against a master reference meter traceable to national standards. The unit under test runs in series with the reference under controlled supply, with simultaneous data acquisition across 16 channels — pulse, 4–20 mA, Modbus, and reference frequency.
The whole pipeline — design, manufacture, calibration, service — operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Each unit carries a serial number that traces back from commissioning to its raw machined body, its electrode batch, its liner cure cycle, and the calibration certificate signed off by the engineer who tested it.
ISO 9001 certified quality management across design, build & service.
Made in India, deployed across select international markets.
Wet-flow rig traceable to national standards.
Dedicated engineering & commissioning support on every project.

Corporate head office + manufacturing & calibration plant.
If a meter won't work for your application, we tell you. We'd rather lose an order than ship something that comes back as a failure.
Every spec we publish is a calibration record, not a marketing target. Reliability is the floor, not the ceiling.
A flow meter is a 20-year decision. We build, support, and service for that horizon — not the next purchase order.
